Studying Buspiron as a Novel for Anxiety Disorder Therapy, FK UII Wins National Champion in Kendari

   KENDARI (fk.uii.ac.id) – The FK UII delegation consisting of Fathiyatul Mudzkiroh, Syafira Elfa Ramadhan, and Dede Syifa Izzatul Aulia won 3rd place in the National Literature Review Halo Oleo Scientific Competition (HOLISTIC) 2022 which was held on 12-13 November 2022 by the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi. In the final round, the FK UII delegation competed with three other finalists from the University of Indonesia, Hassanudin University, and the host Halu Oleo University.

The work presented by the FK UII delegation was entitled “Buspiron Hydrochloride Intranasal Preparation Based on Chitosan Nanoparticle Encapsulation as a Novel Therapy for General Anxiety Disorder”. "The work process begins with a pilot study to build ideas and then create an outline which is divided into the writing process. After being announced to be in the finals, we also practiced more intensively in making media presentations and also preparing predictions for questions," explained Syafira. (etc)
