CMIA ( Center for Medical Islamic Activities) FK UII is a special student activity unit at the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia and is under the direct auspices of the chairman of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia as well as being evaluated directly by the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia. CMIA FK UII was established on February 26, 2005 and ended for an unspecified time limit. The CMIA FK UII Secretariat is housed in the Faculty of Medicine's Costa Building Universitas Islam Indonesia Jalan Kaliurang Km 14,5 Sleman Yogyakarta. CMIA FK UII is based on Islam and based on the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah.

Meaning of the Coat of Arms
Symbol meaning:
- The shape of the crescent moon means the identity of Islamic medicine.
- Flowers that have five crowns mean the pillars of Islam.
- Blue color means firmness and authority.
- Yellow color means hope.
- Writing by CMIA (Center for Medical Islamic Activities) Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia as identity.
Vision and Mission
VISION
CMIA's vision is to make CMIA FK UII a forum to form Muslim doctors who are intellectual and have Islamic character in order to become an Islamic FK UII society.
MISSION
- Fostering FK UII Muslim students so that they have the integrity of Islamic and scientific character based on the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah.
- Making CMIA FK UII an organization dedicated to the development of Islamic da'wah.
- Strengthen and expand networks and cooperation with various existing elements, both medical and non-medical.
FUNCTIONS, OBJECTIVES, AND ACTIVITIES OF CMIA FK UII
CMIA FK UII functions as a center for Islamic activities at FK UII. CMIA FK UII aims to form Muslim intellectuals who have the potential, are highly dedicated in the fields of Islam and medicine, and are able to provide solutions to the problems of the ummah based on the Al-Qur'an, As-Sunnah, and medical disciplines. CMIA FK UII organizes activities that refer to the vision and mission, principles and foundations.
Organizational Structure
The CMIA FK UII organizational structure consists of:
- Person responsible: Head of CMIA FK UII is the person in charge of all matters related to the organization.
- Organizational Advisory Council: Organizational Advisory Council, hereinafter abbreviated as DPO, is an advisor, supervisor and organizational supervisor.
- Daily Manager: Daily Management of CMIA is the highest leadership holder.
- Member: CMIA members consist of FK UII members who have been appointed as CMIA members.
- DPO (Organizational Advisory Board): Dr. Umatul Khoiriyah, M.Med.Ed, Ph.D
Excellence
The management of CMIA FK UII is a human resource that functions as da'i and agent of change in realizing an Islamic campus life. This is manifested in the activities carried out by each division at CMIA FK UII and participating in delegations of Islamic activities and competitions outside CMIA.
Following are the duties of each division in CMIA:
SYIAR DIVISION
- Purpose:
Creating an Islamic atmosphere through syi'ar Islam in the internal and external environment of FK UII.
- Target:
CMIA FK UII members, FK UII community, UII academic community and the general public.
- Instruction:
- Carrying out Islamic broadcasts through structured routine studies.
- Making CMIA FK UII a determinant of the flow of opinion in FK UII relating to the interests of Islamic da'wah and medicine according to the Qur'an and As Sunnah.
- Utilizing the moments of Islamic holidays for FK UII Islamic propagation activities.
- Respond to all problems of the community in relation to da'wah at FK UII.
- Inviting the FK UII community to be critical on factual issues in an Islamic way.
- Introducing the correct understanding of Islamic aqidah in accordance with the Qur'an and As Sunnah.
- Cooperate with other divisions in carrying out tasks.
