FK UII Makes Brilliant Achievements at the 2021 Muslimah Got Talent Event

YOGYAKARTA (fmuiinews) - FK UII managed to make a brilliant achievement at the Muslimah Got Talent 2021 event organized by the Indonesian Faculty of Medicine Dakwah Institute Forum (FULDFK) by winning 3rd place in National Public Poster. In the competition which took place online with the final round being held on October 3, 2021, the FK UII delegation consisted of Tsaniya Ahda Indrayani, Aninda Zunia Pratiwi, and Salma Nur Hamidah.

To become a champion, FK UII must compete with 14 teams from various well-known universities in Indonesia, such as Airlangga University, Lambung Mangkurat University, UMataram University, UIN Malang, UIN Sriwijaya, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah, Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University, Malang Muhammadiyah University, etc.

On this occasion the work presented by the FK UII delegation was entitled: "Prevent Burnout with Shsolawat". "Burnout" is a condition of fatigue or frustration from work because it does not reach a target and does not get the expected reward. According to WHO, "burnout" describe a feeling "running out of energy", "fatigue", and have "negative impression related to one's job".

"Burnout" is a condition that many people experience, it is recorded that 59% of the Z generation in the world experience this condition. This is further exacerbated by the situation pandemic as it currently is makes people more inclined to experience "burnout".

This is where the great influence of prayer on "burnout". Sholawat does not only grow positive energy that can soothe the heart and soul so that it can reduce various negative energies that trigger "burnout". Through this work, the FK UII delegation wanted to educate the public regarding the importance of praying as a medicine for the heart and mind, one of which is being able to prevent "burnout". (etc)
