42 Participants from 17 Institutions Participated in Basic Level Questionnaire Development Training in Health Sector Batch 3

Kaliurang (09/11)- In carrying out a study, especially quantitative research, a questionnaire is a technique or tool for data collection, which is used by researchers by providing a list of questions/statements to be answered by respondents. The validity of the research questionnaire is a fundamental thing needed to produce good research output.

In order to respond to the development of a questionnaire, especially in the health sector, the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia (FK UII), held an online "Batch 3 Basic Level Questionnaire Development Training in Health through Zoom Meetings for 5 days on 7-11 November 2022. The facilitators in this training were first: dr. Umatul Khoiriyah, M.Med.Ed, Ph.D who is a lecturer in FK UII with the last education Doctoral Program, Medical Education, Sydney Medical School, University of Sydney and secondly: Dr. Hepi Wahyuningsih, S.Psi, M.Si who is a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology and Social and Cultural Sciences UII with the last education being a Doctoral Program at Gadjah Mada University.

The batch 3 questionnaire training was attended by 42 participants with various scientific backgrounds, including: doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, psychologists, and public health. Meanwhile, judging by the institutions, participants came from 17 institutions in the health sector, namely: Faculty of Medicine UPN Jakarta, Faculty of Dentistry UGM, Faculty of Medicine UII, Faculty of Medicine UIN Syarif Hidayatullah, Faculty of Medicine, Indonesian Muslim University Makassar, UII Pharmacy, Faculty of Medicine, University of Muhammadiyah Malang , UNUSA Faculty of Medicine, Pelita Harapan University Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University, Gombong Muhammadiyah University, Diponegoro University, Brawijaya University, Bandung Islamic University, Maranata Christian University, Banjarmasin Muhammadiyah University, and HM Rabain Muara Enim Hospital.

Dean of FK UII, Dr. dr. Isnatin Miladiyah, M.Kes, in his remarks expressed his gratitude to various parties for the positive response given to the basic level health questionnaire development training which had been carried out up to batch 3. "Alhamdulillah this questionnaire training received positive responses from various parties. This training can meet your expectations as participants," said Dr. Isnatin.

Dr. Isnatin added that the questionnaire development training could increase the output in each participant's field of research. "Currently we know that the field of knowledge has no boundaries, so we hope that each institution can start conducting cross-disciplinary studies and can increase the performance of scientific works in the health sector," concluded Dr. Isnatin.
