Kaliurang (FK UII) – With the blessings and mercy of Allah SWT, All praise is due to Allâh, the Lord of the Worlds we will witness the Inauguration and Oath Taking of Doctors for the XLIV Period. This time the oath taking was attended by 15 new doctors, consisting of 8 men and 7 women. All of them have passed the Medical Professional Program Student Competency Examination (UKMPPD).

This was said by the Chancellor of UII, Fathul Wahid, ST, M.Sc., Ph.D. when giving a speech at the Inauguration and Oath of Doctors Period XLVII 2020 Doctoral Professional Study Program FK UII, on Wednesday, 20 Jumadil Awal 1441 H/ 15 January 2020 at the Audio Visual Room on the second floor, Moh. Hatta building, UII Library Directorate, Jalan Kaliurang Km, 14,5 Sleman, Yogykarta, which was attended by 15 people.

According to the Chancellor of UII, Until now, with the addition of new doctors, who have just taken the oath, the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) has graduated 1.756 doctors.

"We hope that by taking the oath these new doctors will further increase the benefits of UII for the nation, and we hope that you will become Muslim doctors who have broad scientific competence, deep understanding of Islam, and high professionalism," said the speech of the Chancellor of UII, Fathul Wahid, ST, M.Sc., Ph.D.

Meanwhile, the Dean of FK UII, dr. Linda Rosita, M.Kes, Sp.PK also advised new doctors that the behavior of doctors in society will always be highlighted, both in relation to their profession and daily morals, so Islam regulates us to do good anytime, anywhere and with anyone. and to patients, patient families, the community/people.
