SMART FK UII Holds SIP

Kaliurang (UII News) – SIP is an Expert Information Seminar, this event is one of the work programs of the Scientific Medical Activities of Research (SMART) Division of FK UII which aims to prepare FKUII students who want to take part in a scientific competition that will be held in the near future.

This was conveyed by the Chairman of SMART FK UII, Faisal Ridho Sakti in his statement after holding the Expert Scientific Seminar (SIP), on Sunday, January 25 2015 / 04 Rabiul Akhir 1436 H, in Main Meeting Room Lt. 2 FK UII, Jl. Kaliurang Km.14,5 Sleman Yogyakarta, which was attended by 25 students by presenting a resource person, dr. Point Kuntari, MPH (Lecturer of FK UII).

Faisal further added that this SIP has a theme Integrative Professional Health Approach to Millennium Development Goals 2015 launched by the United Nations to enhance progress in developing countries.

"For Indonesia, this is useful for increasing competitiveness between countries in the ASEAN region, besides that this SIP activity is to prepare for the hypothalamus competition held by the University of Jember," explained Faisal. Wibowo

SMART FK UII through its scientific division held an SIP (Expert Information Seminar) event on Sunday, January 25 2015 from 07.00-11.30. This event is one of the work programs of the scientific division which aims to prepare FKUII students who wish to take part in a scientific competition which will be held in the near future.

The more specific purpose of this seminar is to prepare for the hypothalamus competition held by the University of Jember. The speaker for the seminar was dr. Point Kuntari, MPH. The theme presented by the speaker is Integrative Professional Health Approach to Millennium Development Goals 2015 launched by the United Nations to enhance progress in developing countries. For Indonesia, this is useful for increasing competitiveness between countries in the ASEAN region.

This seminar ran smoothly, there were only a few problems at the start of the event, namely the problem of venue. Initially this seminar was to be held in the FK UII auditorium and then it was moved to the main meeting room on the 2nd floor of FK UII due to a technical error. The number of participants who attended this seminar also reached the target of over 25 people.
