PSM Holds AMI Document Readiness FGD at FK UII

Kaliurang (UII News) – Internal Quality Audit (AMI) is a routine activity in the context of quality assurance. AMI is conducted to evaluate the performance of units in the previous year.

This was conveyed by dr. Siti Istianah, M.Sc as Quality System Control Coordinator (PSM) Faculty of Medicine UII during the two-week Focus Group Discussion (FGD), from Tuesday, 24 February 2015 – Wednesday, 04 March 2015 / 6 – 13 Jumadil Early 1436 H at the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia (FK UII), Jl. Kaliurang Km.14,5 Sleman Yogyakarta which was attended by Divisions, Units, Pre-clinical Departments and Clinical Departments.

According to him, facing AMI 2015, the units in the Faculty of Medicine are ready Universitas Islam Indonesia need to be fixed. "Readiness, especially the availability and completeness of the Documents Task Authority (WT), Job Descriptions (DT), Work Procedures (PK), Work Instructions (IK), and Quality Record List," he said. 

The FK UII parasitology doctor added that for two weeks the FGD activities took place with the aim of strengthening the readiness of the Unit Quality Target document and based on the RKAT budget of the Dean of FK UII with a description of the Quality System Evaluation Workshop. Wibowo
