Universitas Islam Indonesia will be holding a Pfizer Booster Vaccination for the General Public.

The criteria and conditions for vaccination are as follows:
1. Age 18 and over (preferably elderly over 50 years)
2. Have been vaccinated doses 1 and 2 of Sinovac or Astra Zeneca
3. Have registered at carelindungi.id and registervacksin.slemankab.go.id
4. The distance from the 2nd dose vaccine is at least 6 months (31 July 2021 or earlier)
5. Not a mutual cooperation vaccine recipient/participant
6. Healthy condition
7. Bring a photocopy of KTP/KK
8. Bring a vaccine card/certificate of vaccine dose 2 from PeduliLindungi.

Deadline for registration:
