This was conveyed by dr. Linda Rosita, M.Kes, Sp.PK as the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia while giving his remarks at the ceremony for taking Young Doctor Appointments for the December 2015 period, on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 coinciding with 11 Rabiul Awal 1437 H in the 1st floor auditorium of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia, Jalan Kaliurang Km.14,5 Sleman, Yogyakarta which was attended by 42 young doctors.

According to doctor Linda, being competent alone is not enough for young doctors of FK UII who will take clinical education, discipline and professionalism and attitude must also be shown when undergoing clinical education at the hospital, this is important because it deals with human life.

"When students in carrying out clinical education are incompetent or not good, then I ask the supervising lecturer at the Hospital not to graduate the young doctor, this is important for young doctors to understand because a doctor in carrying out his duties will always be related to human life, ” ordered the Dean of FK UII.

In addition, for two years undergoing clinical education, it is necessary to prepare young doctors from UII FK to always strive diligently to prepare the Medical Education Program Student Competency Test (UKMPPD) so that after undergoing clinical education they can immediately take part in it and be declared passed and then take the doctor's oath. which was organized by the UII Faculty of Medicine, said Doctor Linda Rosita's remarks.

Meanwhile, as the Head of Education and Training at the Ngawi Hospital in East Java, doctor Wahyu, Sp.KK who was present representing the Director acknowledged that the learning system then and now was very different. It is important to maintain attitude and behavior while in the hospital environment.

"In Ngawi Hospital there are many people with various characters, so we have to be able to understand and recognize them so that we don't behave wrongly. If this is done by young doctors, the clinical education activities for two years will feel fun and feel fast and end with success too," he said. . Wibowo/Tri
