UIIPrint is the latest information technology-assisted service that enables students, lecturers, and educational staff to self-serve for printing (print), scan (scan), and copy (Photo copy) document.

UIIPrint service is available throughout campus Universitas Islam Indonesia, which is connected to the UII account. For now, access to the machine is done by entering the username and password for the UII account. In the future, to increase convenience, all Student Cards and Employee Cards will be updated.

In the first stage (August 2017), there were 15 machines serving, and spread across

  1. All faculties (Printers in Faculty of Medicine placed in the Academic Room on the 2nd floor)
  2. Mohammad Hatta Building (Central Library)
  3. Prabuningrat Building (Rectorate)

A total of 14 machines can print black on A4 paper, while one color machine prints on A4 and A3 paper (available on the 3rd floor of the Prabuningrat Building). In the future, when adoption is massive, the number of machines will be added gradually.

By sending a document to a machine once, users can print from all the scattered machines. To maintain continuity of service, students are asked to reimburse printing operational costs (ink and paper).

This service complements other existing services: UIIConnect (wireless Internet access for students, lecturers, and educational staff), UIIGuest (guest wireless Internet access), and eduroam (global mobility support).
