KALIURANG (UII NEWS) – In order to improve the competency achievement of students of the Clinical Education Program, the Medical Education Study Program, the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia held a Workshop on Evaluation of the Learning Process and Assessment at the Clinical Education Stage.

This was conveyed by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia, dr. Linda Rosita, M.Kes, Sp.PK giving her remarks on Saturday, 17 Robiul Awal 1438 H/17 December 2016 at the Grand Aston Hotel & Convention Center, Jl. Urip Sumoharjo No.37 Yogyakarta, which was attended by Deputy Chancellor I UII, Dr. ing. Ir. Ilya Fadjar Maharika, MA., IAI and from the Medical Faculty Clinical Education Partner Hospital Universitas Islam Indonesia (FK UII).

"This activity is an annual agenda activity to evaluate the learning process at the clinical education stage, which aims to improve graduate competence achievements and prepare for re-accreditation of the Medical Faculty (FK) Medical Education Study Program (PSPD) Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII)”, said doctor Linda.

Meanwhile, doctor Erlina Marfianti, M.Sc, Sp.PD as the Head of Study Program PSPD FK UII conducted socialization regarding the latest accreditation for medical education study programs by quoting Law no.20 Th. 2003 concerning the National Education System Article 1 paragraph 22 which states that accreditation is an activity for assessing the eligibility of programs in educational units based on predetermined criteria.

For two days the participants received material about Regulations for Teaching Hospitals in Indonesia with dr. Ina Rosalina, M.Kes, Sp.A(K), material for Evaluation of Learning at the clinical stage of FK UII, socialization of the 2016 Clinical Education Curriculum by the Head of Study Program PSPD FK UII, dr. Erlina Marfianti, M.Sc., Sp.PD, and How To Be a Good Clinical Teacher by the Dean of FK UGM, Prof.dr. Ova Emilia, M.Med.Ed., Sp.OG(K)., Ph.D and the last material on Philosophy of Medical Education by dr. Rr. Titi Savitri Prihatiningsih, MA, M.Med.Ed., Ph.D. Wibowo
