The history of student organizations within the scope of the UII Faculty of Medicine began with the dean's appeal to students of the UII Faculty of Medicine class of 2001 (first batch) to form a Class of 2001 Council as a forum for channeling aspirations, activities, information and developments around students to facilitate communication with other parties. dean. So that when the ONDI 2001 event was held, UII Faculty of Medicine students agreed that there would be a Force Council by means of an internal election (election) for the Faculty of Medicine, which was mandated by the General Election Committee (KPU) Force which was chaired by R. Beny. Through this election, a 2001 Batch Management Council was finally formed, chaired by Alfan Nur A.

Student Presidium Council

Even though UII's Faculty of Medicine has formed a Class Council, this management cannot be legally recognized as the UII Student Family. Given the many activities carried out by UII Faculty of Medicine students, a legitimate institution is needed. This is intended to make it easier to channel students' aspirations to universities and as a means of information about various developments on and off campus. On May 15, 2002, the KPU Presidium was formed, chaired by Herdhana, with 13 members. The Presidium KPU then held FK UII student elections (PEMILWA) on 24 and 28 May 2002 based on the Decree of the Consultative Council Universitas Islam Indonesia (DPM UII) No. VII/TAP/DPMU-UII/V/2002. Furthermore, the inauguration of the Student Presidium Council was held by the chairman of DPM UII for the 2000-2002 period; Anshor Sholeh based on SK DPM UII No. VIII/TAP/DPMU-UII/V/2002.

After three years, finally through SK DPM UII No.8/SK/DPM-UII/VII/2005 it was decided that the Medical Faculty's Student Presidium Council was eligible to become a Student Representative Council (DPM) and Student Executive Body (LEM). In May 2005, the UII Faculty of Medicine Student Election (PEMILWA) was held to select students who deserved to be student representatives who sat in the DPM of the UII Faculty of Medicine. On Sunday 12 June 2005, the First General Assembly of Medical Faculty Students was held for the first time.
