Center for Biohuki Studies held a Medicolegal Curriculum Development Workshop

The presence of the Center for Islamic Bioethics and Health Studies (BIOHUKI) at the UII Faculty of Medicine gives a new responsibility to create a new curriculum related to bioethics. The curriculum is important in the academic scope of an educational institution. For this reason, BIOHHUKI held a bioethical and medicolegal curriculum development workshop on Wednesday (4/5) in the 1st floor of the Auditorium Room of FK UII. This workshop was led by the Head of the Medicolegal Studies Center for the BIOHUKI Study, dr. Hani Dwi Utami, M.Sc., Sp.F.

This workshop was opened by the Dean of FK UII, dr. Linda Rosita, M.Kes., Sp.PK then continued with a presentation by the Head of the Medical Education Unit, dr. Diani Puspa Wijaya, M.Med.Ed regarding the curriculum that runs at FK UII and its integration with the Medicolegal curriculum. In the next session dr. Hani explained about the curriculum materials that had been prepared for participants to discuss. In the last session, discussions were held about the material that had been presented in small groups. The workshop, which was attended by lecturers from the department heads at FK UII, took place from 13:00 to 15:00 WIB. (Tri/)
