Kaliurang (UII News) – Undergoing education in the medical field is indeed difficult, both in terms of materials and time. Becoming a doctor is also required to always be able to serve the community, with limited time, serving public health is still a must.

For this reason, it is necessary to put forward the element of spirituality in the form of Islamic religious values ​​that have been studied at UII. We all know that if we have piety and trust or surrender all problems to Allah SWT, there will always be a way out for every problem we face. In this regard, Allah SWT has promised in the Qur'an at the end of QS At-Thalaq verse 2, namely: " Whoever fears Allah, surely Allah will make a way out for him."

This was conveyed by Dr.Ir.Harsoyo, M.Sc, as the Secretary of State Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) when delivering his remarks at the XXXVI Doctor's Oath and Inauguration ceremony on Thursday, 13 Rabiul Akhir 1438 H / 12 January 2017 at the KHA Auditorium. In line with the Chancellor of UII, the Dean of FK UII, doctor Linda Rosita, M.Kes, Sp.PK invited alumni to increase their competence as doctors, because the challenges for doctors in the future will be even tougher, so knowledge must be deepened continuously, hone their minds, hearts and minds. spirit.

"We hope that as Muslim doctors who graduate from FK UII, they can continue to improve their competence, professionalism and communication; as well as providing benefits for others and helping solve the problems of the nation, state and people throughout the archipelago," ordered doctor Linda.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Medical Education Study Program FK UII, Doctor Erlina Marfianti, M.Sc, Sp.PD conveyed in her report that the total number of doctors who have been sworn in to date is: 1282 doctors with an average age of becoming a doctor: 25 years.

"For the achievement, the highest GPA score of 3 was achieved by Dwi Yunita Putri and the best score for the Student Competency Test for the Medical Education Study Program (UKMPPD) was achieved by Bunga Dewanggi," said doctor Erlina's report as the Head of Study Program.Wibowo
