Singapore (UII News) – An HRD must be very clever in making policies to balance work (Work Life Balance) in life and create compensation, career and benefit systems that are in accordance with the culture of the organization.

This was conveyed by the Deputy Dean of FK UII, dr. Syaefudin Ali Akhmad, M.Sc after attending the Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM) in Singapore, March 18-20 2015 which was attended by 23 participants from various countries.

According to doctor Udin, a research result shows that as many as 27 percent of employees tend to look for new jobs that are more promising financially and careerly. In addition, only about 30 percent really work properly and are seriously involved (totally engaged) in business processes, the rest, or 70 percent, only work to fulfill family responsibilities and seek personal satisfaction.
