The Youngest Graduate of the Doctor's Oath Period XLVI of FK UII is 21 Years Old

Kaliurang (UII News) - Medical School Universitas Islam Indonesia again held the Doctor's Oath in the XLVI period totaling 65 new doctors, the vice chancellor consisting of 19 men and 46 women.

This was conveyed by the Head of the Medical Profession Study Program FK UII, doctor Ana Fauziyati, M.Sc., Sp.PD when reporting at the Oath and Inauguration of New Doctors Period XLVI in the KH auditorium. Abdul Kahar Muzakir, Ulil Albab Mosque Complex, Universitas Islam Indonesia, Jalan Kaliurang Km.14,5 Sleman Yogyakarta which was attended by the Leaders Universitas Islam Indonesia, Vice Chancellor for Human Resources, Dr. Zainal Arifin, MM, on Wednesday, 07 Dzulqo'dah 1440H/10 July 2019.

According to doctor Ana Fauziyati, explained that the total number of FK UII alumni doctors who have been sworn in to date is 1703 doctors. The origins of the new doctors who were sworn in during this period were from DIY, Central Java, East Java, West Java, Riau, Banten, Bengkulu, West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, West Nusa Tenggara, Bali, Jambi, Lampung, Papua, Central Sulawesi, South Sumatra.

"As for the time taken to become a doctor, on average it is 5.75 years from the 2013 class, with clinical education at dr. Soedono Madiun, Wonosari Hospital, RSJD dr. RM. Soedjawardi Klaten, RSUD. dr. Moewardi Surakarta”, explained doctor Ana.

Doctor Ana further added that at the FK UII doctor's oath this time, there was one youngest graduate, aged 21.

"The youngest graduate in the Doctor's Oath Period XLVI is doctor Athaya Hanin Nabilah Fahsa who was born in Pekanbaru, June 15, 1998 and is 21 years old," said the Head of the Medical Profession Study Program FK UII, doctor Ana Fauziyati, M.Sc., Sp.PD.

Meanwhile doctor Linda Rosita, M.Kes, Sp.PK, as the Dean of FK UII confirmed that there was the youngest graduate of FK UII in this period, and advised new doctors about the importance of integrity and honesty and reminded that in one of the points of the Doctor's Oath contains important matters namely "I will maintain with all my might the dignity and noble traditions of the medical office".

“Integrity and honesty will make a doctor personally a doctor who understands and accepts the conditions of patients and society. he has a professional orientation to lighten the burden on others," ordered doctor Linda Rosita.

Furthermore, the Dean of FK UII emphasized that if doctors have lost their integrity, it is certain that doctors will make this profession a place to seek as much profit as possible from the suffering of patients who need their help or also from the health care system.

Senanda with the Dean of FK UII, Chancellor of UII, Fathul Wahid, ST, M.Sc., Ph.D. in his written remarks, he advised the new doctors, emphasizing that medicine is a noble profession.
