Jakarta (UII News) – In order to prove that students are agents of change and provide support for law enforcement, the Medical Faculty Student Family Universitas Islam Indonesia follow the action to defend Islam Volume 3.

 

This was stated by Faisal Ridho Sakti, Chair of the Student Representative Council (DPM) of the Faculty of Medicine (FK) of the Islamic University of Indonesia (UII) after participating in the action to defend Islam volume 3 at the Jakarta National Monument (Monas) yard, on Friday, 02 Robiul Early 1438 H / 02 December 2016 which was attended by Indonesian Muslims.

According to Faisal, the departure to participate in this activity has received support from the Leaders of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia, so that the entire family of students of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia represented by 18 people headed to Jakarta.

 

"We are from the Faculty of Medicine Student Family (KM). Universitas Islam Indonesia fully support the peaceful action to defend Islam volume 3 and participate in overseeing the law enforcement of the blasphemy case by the non-active Governor Ahok," he said.

 

In participating in the action, Faisal admitted that he received a lot of convenience and support from many people, one of which was the parents of UII FK students whose fathers were UII alumni, so the mood became more comfortable and calm, he explained. Wibowo
