Kaliurang (FK UII) – In order to provide provisions and soft skills for prospective doctors of FK UII before taking the Inauguration Oath, the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia (FK UII) held Islamic training activities for the 78th period.

This was conveyed by the Dean of FK UII, dr. Linda Rosita, M.Kes, Sp.PK when opening the activity which took place on Friday-Saturday, 15-16 Jumadil Awal 1441 H / 10 -11 January 2020 at the Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia, Jalan Kaliurang Km.14,5 Sleman, Yogyakarta, which was attended by 15 prospective doctors.

According to doctor Linda Rosita, this activity is very important which aims to provide the final debriefing before the new FK UII doctors take the oath, so that all participants must take part.

"As an alumni of FK UII, of course, you already understand that as long as you are a student until you want to take the oath of doctor, you will always receive training, especially Islamic education, so it is hoped that the Faculty of Medicine at UII can practice this as a provision to become an alumni of FK UII who is a Good Muslim Doctor," ordered doctor Linda Rosita, M.Kes, Sp.PK

Meanwhile, as Chair of the Committee, dr. Veby Novri Yendri, Sp.THT-KL said that during the two days of this activity, all participants will receive materials and motivations from the speakers, then strengthen Islamic values ​​with tahsin, the obligation to lead prayers or become an Imam and even also became the next lecture ending with an outdor game on the morning of the second day.

"For all of this, all Islamic debriefing participants must attend, must participate, this is to be reported to the Faculty as a condition for following the doctor's oath, and sleeping on campus for two days and one night," explained doctor Veby. Wibowo
