Kaliurang (UII News) – In order to expand networking and connection with the academic culture of the global community, the odd semester lecture activities for the 2017/2018 Academic Year, UII Medicine again sent 5 of its students to take part in student exchange to take part in the learning process in the Evidence Based elective block Medicine (EBM) for 1 month at CUCMS.

The five medical students are Inge Nolia Purwita Siwi (013711127), Fajar tri Mudianto (14711029), Ammalia RAchmi (14711065), Rachmat Aryadi Bimanjaya (14711159), Widaya Kharisma Cahya Putra (14711171).

This was conveyed by the Deputy Dean of FK UII, dr. Syaefudin Ali Akhmad, M.Sc on Monday, 13 Dzulhijjah 1438 H / 04 September 2017 after returning home accompanied the five UII Medical students to take part in a student exchange between FK UII and Cyberjaya University of College Medical Sciences (CUCMS), Malaysia.

"Cyberjaya University of College Medical Sciences (CUCMS), Malaysia itself as a private university with Islamic vision has the goal of educating health workers, pharmacists and homeopathic experts in accordance with Islamic values," said doctor Udin.

While studying at CUCMS Malaysia, UII Medical students will take part in the initial learning process from tutorials, lectures and practicum in English and take block exams at CUCMS. In the end they will get value by credit transfer.

At the end of the meeting, the doctor hoped that CUCMS Malaysia would immediately send their students to FK UII to study in a few months so that there would be a mutually beneficial sharing of experiences, he added. Wibowo/Tri[:]
