On March 1 2015 at 17.30 ago a 21 year old girl was brought to the hospital emergency room with the main complaint being a wound on her forehead. Seven hours before entering the hospital the patient had an accident at school. The results of the doctor's examination, on his forehead there was bleeding with a fairly large vulnus laceratum measuring 5 x 1 x 0,5 cm which was originally covered with his sports shirt. On X-ray examination of the head there was no frontal os fracture and on clinical examination the patient was conscious, breathing 20x/minute, pulse 80x/minute, blood pressure 115/70 mmHg with normal temperature. The doctor rushed the patient to the minor operating room for debridement and suturing the wound. After finishing, the doctor ordered that on the 5th day the stitches must be removed so that it gives good results. However, due to forgetfulness, the new patient came for control 12 days later and asked to have the stitches removed. As a result, the patient's scars became visible and scars grew which greatly disturbed his appearance.
