Yogyakarta, FK UII – Open Day Expo (Odiex), is an annual activity organized by DPKA Islam Indonesia (UII) to promote the faculties at UII. Don't want to miss, Faculty of Medicine UII also took part in the event which was held on Tuesday-Thursday, 18-19 Shafar 1439 H / 7-9 November 2017. Odiex takes place from 08.30-15.30 WIB at the Prof. Auditorium. KH. Abdulkahar Mudzakir.
Odiex activities are filled with a series of events in the form of an Innovation Expo by providing several stands, for each faculty at UII to display their superior innovation works. In addition, the provision of several stands was also given to student activity units managed by the Directorate of Talent Development, Interest and Student Welfare (DPBMKM) UII to showcase the superior potentials of UII students.
This year, Faculty of Medicine UII tries to present its best to the visitors, by bringing several props that are commonly used for study program practicums, such as several mannequins for human body parts that resemble their original form. The mannequins displayed also vary, ranging from limbs, body parts, to human internal organs. Apart from that, FK UII also explained the basic medical equipment that people are used to seeing when they enter the hospital. FK UII also provides a few basic medical simulations, as an illustration for high school students to increase their interest in the world of medicine.Farah[:in]
