FK UII Provides Career Projections for Doctor Candidates

        Kaliurang (UII News) – In order to equip prospective doctors who will graduate, the UII Faculty of Medicine provides career projections to provide an overview when they graduate with a full medical degree.

        This event presented presenters from alumni who already have jobs that can be shared or distributed to all prospective new doctors of FK UII. This event was held on Saturday, 01 August 2015/15 Shawwal 1436 H in the South Rusunawa hall, UII Integrated Campus, Jl. Kaliurang Km.14,5 Sleman Yogyakarta which was attended by 71 people.

 

        As the speaker dr. Alfan Nur Asyar explained that one of the possible careers as a general practitioner is to become a sports medicine doctor, which he has been doing so far.

        "As a general practitioner, the opportunity to become a health doctor for a sports team is very broad, apart from within the country, this opportunity can be obtained for overseas areas, so this option must be prepared from now on," said Alfan.

        There are also many other opportunities for college or further study at the Specialist Medical Education Program (PPDS) in the field of sports. "Information on scholarships can be obtained at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of National Education and other institutions," he added.

        Apart from doctor Alfan who is currently a doctor for the U-19 national team, dr. Nuur Nafii Ulloh who is a PPDS Resident for Clinical Pathology (PK) FK UGM / RSUP Dr. Sardjito, then added again by Dr. Ainin Faida who is the Head of UGM Yogyakarta JIH Hospital. Wibowo
