Two FAAL Lecturers Participate in Poster Presentation in the Republic of Ireland

        Medicine (UII News) – In the context of developing a Physic laboratory for the Medical Education Study Program (PSPD) Faculty of Medicine (FK) Universitas Islam Indonesia two lecturers from the Department of Physiology made a scientific poster presentation at the Physiology Society event. The two Faal lecturers are dr. Miranti Dewi Pramaningtyas, M.Sc and dr. Titis Nurmasitoh, M.Sc.

 

        This was conveyed by doctor Miranti Dewi Pramaningtyas, M.Sc as Head of the Physiology Department of Medical Education Study Program (PSPD) FK UII after attending an event organized by the American Physiology Society (APS) on Friday-Sunday, 24-16 Shawwal 1437 H / July 29-31 2016 at the Dulbin Ireland Convention Center which was attended by physiology experts from around the world.

 

        According to doctor Miranti, attending the event was in addition to developing the Physiology Laboratory of FK UII, a Physiology Society event as a place to improve scientific research capabilities and publications.

 

        "There are activities to develop a physiology laboratory in order to increase research and publication, so we participated in the Physiology Society event organized by the American Physiology Society (APS)," he said.

 

        In this activity, doctor Miranti presented a poster of his scientific work entitled Expression of Endotheiin-B Receptor in The Heart Muscle of Diabetic Rats, Induced by Streptozotocin, while doctor Titis presented his poster entitled The Effect of Consuming Coffee on The Fitness Level of Students in the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of Indonesia, Using McArdle Step Test.
