UII Faculty of Medicine Student Representative Council
DPM MEMBERS
Members of the DPM are selected through the general student election mechanism (PEMILWA) which is followed by all FK students which is carried out by the General Election Commission (KPU) of FK. Then after being elected, DPM members held a General Assembly, which then appointed the DPM Core Board and the DPM Delegator as Chair of the LEM.
DPM ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Daily Manager (PH)
Consists of the Chairman and Secretary General (Secretary General)
In order to carry out its function as an aspirator, 3 commissions were formed which had their respective duties in accordance with the Outline of the Work Program DPM Faculty of Medicine, UII, namely:
Commission I (Intern)
Student Welfare and Organization
1. Make student organizations a forum that can accommodate student aspirations
2. Optimizing the active role of students in various fields
3. Conduct studies on religious, scientific and student issues intensively which are oriented towards intellectual development and responsive to student and national issues related to the internal field and involve students actively.
4.To accommodate and develop students' potential through student organizations within FK UII.
5. Carry out the evaluation function and control function of the activities of student organizations as the basis for the activities of student organizations.
6. Make student organizations as supervisors and controllers of campus bureaucratic policies at FK UII and carry out advocacy functions if necessary.
7. Increasing communication with students periodically, openly and intensively
Commission II (External)
Social, Politics, and Society
1. Increasing the active role of students in observing and responding to social and political problems of student affairs and society on the basis of a consistent and independent attitude by adhering to Islamic values
2. Providing access to students about the outside world for the absorption of the information needed and for the progress of student organizations and the progress of education within the FK UII institutional environment
3. Gather internal and external information and create media to provide access to the existence of student organizations in order to build networks between institutions.
4. Creating relations between student organizations both regionally, nationally and internationally by not ignoring Islamic values
5. Stemming values that conflict with Islamic values, which break in and develop within the FK UII environment with strategies and work patterns that direct the goals of UII and Islam.
6. Improving the gaining position to become a strategic partner for Waqf Boards, Universities and Faculties in determining policies related to student affairs.
Commission III
Financial administration
1. Develop an effective and efficient financial mechanism in a system that is fast, safe and inexpensive.
2. Prepare, record and report all income and expenditure of funds in detail and periodically and are open.
3. Regulate the income and expenditure of funds for the smooth running of the organization and activities of student organizations within FK UII effectively, efficiently and transparently.
4. Prepare the budget for the FK UII Student Representative Council and approve the budget submitted by LEM FK UII for one period.
5.Perform quarterly control over the inventory and use of student funds by LEM FK UII.
6. Every disbursement of funds must be formally and materially accounted for.
