The opening of the UII Faculty of Medicine AMI was held on Monday, August 9 2021 opened directly by the Dean, Dr. . Linda Rosita, M.Kes., Sp.PK(K). The AMI activity which took place from 9-12 August was attended by 31 units including Faculties, Departments, Undergraduate Study Programs, Professional Study Programs, Departments, Laboratories and Divisions.

In his remarks dr. Linda said, “This AMI is UII's quality culture, which of course must be maintained continuously. We are ready to carry out our duties, ready to be monitored, ready to be given feedback, and finally ready to be audited. This AMI process is carried out in all units within the UII environment to evaluate planning and implementation.

Meanwhile Dr. Sri Kusuma Dewi, S.Si, MT as the Lead Auditor conveyed the classification of AMI findings which included Exceeded/Compliant, OBS (Observation), KTS-1, KTS-2, and KTS-S.

Achievement category Exceeded/Compliant with the implementation criteria according to the procedures/standards set out in the SPM and the standards have been met. Meanwhile in the OBS category, the criteria are findings that can be corrected immediately and are suggestions for improving the implementation of SPM. The criteria for KTS-1 are findings that are less influential and have no serious impact but have decided not to proceed. KTS-2 criteria, namely the findings are quite influential and have no serious impact and have not yet determined follow-up. The last criterion is KTS-S, which has a serious impact on quality and quality effectiveness and does not follow procedures/standards at all. (Jo)
