Workshop on Tips for Receiving DIKTI Grants at FK UII

Kaliurang (UII News) – Conducting research and community service is an inherent obligation of a lecturer to improve competency, improve scientific thinking skills and implement knowledge for the advancement of ordinary people.

This was conveyed by the Dean of FK UII, dr. Linda Rosita, M.Kes., Sp.PK when conveying the purpose of the Workshop on Tips for Receiving DIKTI Grants which was held at the auditorium on the 14,5st floor of the Faculty of Medicine, UII, Jl. Kaliurang Km.02 Sleman Yogyakarta on Monday, 2015 March 10 / 1436 Jumadil Awal XNUMX H was attended by FK UII lecturers.

According to the Dean, the activeness of a lecturer in research and community service is also the main aspect of several lecturer assessment instruments in lecturer certification, evaluation of Lecturer Performance Load and even Higher Education Accreditation.

"DIKTI has facilitated this tridharma element of higher education by allocating competitive grants for research and community service in various funding schemes," he said.

Meanwhile as chairman of the committee, dr. Rahma Yantari, M.Sc, Sp.PK explained that the aim of this workshop was to improve the quality and quantity of FK UII lecturers in preparing research proposals and community service.

"The resource persons presented have the duty and responsibility to provide quality research and community service proposal preparation materials, as well as provide input on research and community service proposal drafts that were consulted by participants while attending this Workshop," he said.
