BPPA and BBP-PPA Scholarship Offers
Notified to students Universitas Islam Indonesia about the 2015 Academic Achievement Improvement Scholarship (BPPA) and Academic Achievement Improvement Education Cost Assistance (BBP-PPA)
General requirements
- The applicant is a Diploma 3 (D-3) & Strata 1 (S-1) student, at least sitting in semester II, maximum semester IV for D-3 and VI for S-1
- Have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2,75 for BBP-PPA and 3,5 for PPA
- Not a scholarship recipient or currently applying for another scholarship
Administration Requirements
- Fill out the form which can be downloaded at http://mahasiswaan.uii.ac.id
- The most recent graded transcript that has been validated (cumulative KHS)
- KRS photocopy
- Copy of Student Card (KTM)
- Copy of Family Card (KK)
- Letter of statement of not receiving scholarships from other sources (stamped and acknowledged by the Dean)
- Certificate of incapacity (specifically for the BBP-PPA scholarship) issued by the Village Head/Village Head (according to the Family Card)
- Statement of parents' income issued by the Village Head/Village Head (according to Family Card) / Salary Slip / Pension Decree
- Letter of Recommendation and Active Statement from the Dean of the Faculty
- Photocopy of Mandiri, BRI, Bukopin, Muamalat bank accounts (pages containing account numbers) in their own names, legalized by the bank concerned, and ensured that they are always active until December 2015
