Doctor predicate is Public Trust

Betty Ekawati as the coordinator of clinical education in her remarks at the 2001 and 2002 Doctor's Oath events said "that after we have received the title of doctor, there is an important lesson that we must pay attention to, namely public trust. The reality of living in society shows that a building of human relations with any dimension is only will be well maintained, if it is based on the emergence of mutual trust. Likewise with the medical profession whose sustainability will be largely determined by how much public trust in the quality of doctors in providing health services to the community. So we must always remember that the title of doctor will be meaningless if society doesn't trust the title of doctor we have."

As stated by Prof. Rusdi Lamsudin as the dean of FK UII in his remarks, doctors who graduate from FK UII are expected to have a creative, productive spirit and be open to change to improve the quality of health services, still with full sincerity to maintain and develop personality in accordance with medical ethics Islam as well as carrying out the mandate of UII's vision and mission in its role as a doctor.

  Since September 2001 FK UII has graduated 150 doctors and in this event as many as 17 doctors were sworn in. Doctors who graduate from FK UII are expected to apply "The Five Star Doctor" and have insight into global standards in the future era of globalization
