Kaliurang (UII News) – UII Medical Alumni must have strong faith, as a means of carrying out the mandate that must carry out the concept of practical knowledge and scientific charity.

This was conveyed by the Dean of FK UII, dr. Linda Rosita, M.Kes, Sp.PK while delivering her remarks and materials on faith for prospective doctors at the UII Faculty of Medicine on Saturday, 11 Rajab 1438 H / 08 April 2017 at the auditorium lt. 1 FK UII, UII Campus, Jl. Kaliurang Km.14,5 Sleman, Yogyakarta, which was attended by 29 people.

According to the Dean of FK UII, doctor Linda Rosita, M.Kes, Sp.PK stated that Aqidah is the foundation that determines the uprightness of a building and at the same time Aqidah is the root of a tree that produces fruit and sturdy branches as set out in Al Quran Surahs 14:24 and 26

"Therefore, doctors are equipped with Islamic training to protect themselves from misguided things," he said.

It is further said that one of these errors is to deny the Pillars of Faith and the Pillars of Islam, then believe and or follow a creed that is not in accordance with the Syar'i proposition (Al Qur'an and As Sunnah), and to believe in revelation after the Qur'an, thus added doctor Linda.

"So that the fruit of Salimul Aqidah is worship sincerely, in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad, passionate about practicing Islamic teachings," said the Dean of FK UII, dr. Linda Rosita, M.Kes, Sp.PK. Wibowo
