FKUII PSDP Quality Assurance

Quality assurance at PSPD FK UII is carried out by the Quality System Controller (PSM), which consists of the PSM Coordinator and PSM Secretary. The Quality System Controller at the faculty and study program levels is an extension of the Quality Assurance Agency (BPM) at the university level. The Quality System Controller is in charge of monitoring the implementation of quality assurance at the faculty and study program levels. All aspects starting from input, process, and output to support successful learning at PSPD FK UII are controlled by a Quality Management System (QMS) that is oriented towards continuous improvement.
The Quality Management System consists of Quality Procedures (PM) numbers PM-UII-01 to PM-UII-19. The quality standards for all these activities are translated into a Quality Plan (RM), which consists of: 1. Lecture/Practicum Preparation; 2. Implementation of Lectures; 3. Exams; 4. Evaluation of Student Academic Achievement; 5. Registrar's Office; 6. Scientific Writing (KTI); 7. Awareness; 8. Lecturer Evaluation; 9. Graduation; 10. Alumni, the main components starting from lecture preparation to alumni. Faculties and study programs also set Quality Targets whose achievements are continuously evaluated.

Organizational Structure of the Quality Assurance Agency

Implementation of quality assurance at PSPD FK UII is carried out in the form of an Internal Quality Audit (AMI). Audits are carried out in two forms, namely academic AMI and unit performance AMI. The findings of the AMI results are evaluated in the Faculty Management Review Meeting (RTMF). Initially AMI was carried out once in every semester, but for now it is carried out once in a year, with a monitoring and evaluation (Monev) period between the two audit periods. Prior to the next audit period, monitoring and evaluation is carried out to see whether the recommended improvement process has been carried out.

Several quality management support systems include facilities and infrastructure (including libraries) and Information and Management Systems (MIS). The facilities and infrastructure at PSPD are very adequate. The Information and Management System in PSPD is still based on the Information System Agency (BSI) at the university, which consists of Academic Information Services (LIA), SIMAK (academic), SIMKEU (finance), SIMPUS (library), SIMREG (registration ), SIMIN (inventory), and SIMPEG (staffing). In addition, in line with advances in technology, PSPD currently has a hot spot facility with a capacity of 5536 Kbps. The overall impact of these efforts is to improve the quality of education services.
