Kaliurang (UII News) – To use mincrease the knowledge of clinical educator lecturers/clinical supervising doctors at the FK UII network education health center and hospital regarding research methodology, as well as encourage an increase in the quantity and quality of research by DPK at the FK UII community health center and educational hospital and preparation for re-accreditation of related FK UII PSPD with the network education hospital then the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia Yogyakrta held Research Methodology Training activities.

This was conveyed by the Dean of FK UII, dr. Linda Rosita, M.Kes, Sp.PK delivering her speech at the opening ceremony of the Training Methodology Training for Clinical Supervisors for Hospitals and Community Health Centers in the FK UII Network on Saturday, 02 Sya'ban 1438 H / 29 April 2017 at the Andrawina Room, Jogjakarta Plaza Hotel, Jl. Gejayan Yogyakarta which was attended by specialist doctors and puskesmas doctors as many as 60 people.

According to doctor Linda, medical education in Indonesia is organized to support the health system by producing competent medical graduates in accordance with the Indonesian Doctor's Competency Standards (SKDI) as a reference in the design of the medical education process.

"Clinical stage education aims to form graduates who master the theory and practice of medical science in a comprehensive manner so that they are able to understand and solve problems in their professional field scientifically by upholding scientific and professional ethics, so that clinical supervisors must be knowledgeable about research methodology," he said.

Furthermore, the competency expected is competence as a general practitioner, where learning experience is obtained directly in hospitals, health centers and appropriate practice areas.

Activities that will be carried out in this workshop are in the form of lectures and questions and answers regarding matters related to planning, implementation, and reporting of results. Wibowo[:]
