According to Prof. Gufron, Comprehensive health services in the form of promotive, preventive, curative, rehabilitative health services, midwifery services, and Medical Emergency Health Services, including supporting services which include simple laboratory tests and pharmaceutical services in accordance with statutory provisions.

"Accommodation benefits for inpatient services are according to the participant's treatment class rights. The benefits of an ambulance are only given to patients referred between health facilities, with certain conditions according to the doctor's recommendation, he said.
Furthermore, in monitoring and evaluating JKN operational activities, it is necessary to have the role and participation of the community, universities including UII and community organizations such as Muhamadiyah.

"The community-based monitoring and evaluation method is by setting up complaint points or posts where the funds can come from the Ministry of Health, self-help or from universities," he explained.

Meanwhile, the UII participants plan to follow up on participating in the workshop to establish a JKN complaint post with human resource input from experts who understand JKN regulations, consisting of workshop participants, volunteers from elements of the UII academic community, taking locations at UII, with work programs accepting complaints from the public, BPJS provider hospitals and advocacy in the form of volunteering.
