Students of Class XII IPA MAN Sukamanah listen to the presentation of FK UII's profile in the counseling room

It turns out that Class XII IPA students at MAN Sukamanah Tasikmalaya have a high interest in continuing their education in the medical department, especially at UII Faculty of Medicine, which has an Islamic spirit and has the goal of producing doctors who are rahmatan lil' alamin. This was evident when the marketing communications team (MARKOM) of FK UII visited the school on Tuesday, November 22 2016, at the same time as the MAN Sukamanah Islamic Festival IV.

On this occasion, the MARKOM FK UII team gave a direct explanation of the profile of FK UII and the scholarships offered to counseling teachers and class XII IPA MAN Sukamanah students who have an interest in studying medicine. “Students here have high enthusiasm to become Muslim doctors in the future. They asked a lot of detailed questions about various things about FK UII, starting from the education system, entrance exams, costs, to future prospects. From these questions, it was clear that they were very interested in continuing their studies at FK, explained dr. Dimas Satya Hendarta, head of the Promotion and Cooperation Unit (UPKS) as well as chairman of MARKOM FK UII.

Mr. Eka Mulyana as Deputy Principal of Student Affairs at MAN Sukamanah admitted surprise with the presence of the MARKOM FK UII team who are willing to fulfill the socialization invitation from the school. He welcomed the intention of FK UII to accommodate Islamic school students to continue their studies in medicine, this is reflected in the availability of scholarships for hafidz and hafidzah of the Qur'an. "Many of our students have known UII before, hopefully next academic year there will be MAN Sukamanah alumni who will enter FK UII," said the friendly vice principal.
