Dean of FK UII, Doctors Must Care

        Kaliurang (UII News-27/10) – As an alumnus of the Medical Education Study Program (PSPD) at the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia, must have a soul of concern for others.

        This was conveyed by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia, dr. Linda Rosita, M.Kes., Sp.PK while giving her remarks at the Inauguration and Doctor's Oath Period XXXI 2015 which was held on Tuesday, 27 October 2015 / 14 Muharram 1437 H in the KH auditorium. Abdul Kahar Muzakir, Ulil Albab Mosque Complex, Integrated Campus Universitas Islam Indonesia, Jalan Kaliurang Km.14,5 Sleman Yogyakarta which was attended by 104 people consisting of 48 men and 56 women.

        According to doctor Linda, a caring attitude is very important for a doctor, not to discriminate, and to have empathy for all of his patients.

        "Because a doctor is very close to his patient, a caring spirit must be instilled from an early age when it becomes a patient," he advised.

        The Dean of FK UII added that the challenges for doctors in the future will be even tougher, so knowledge must be deepened continuously, sharpening the mind, heart and spirit.
