With Ust. Supriyanto Pasir, FK UII Holds Isra' Miraj Recitation

Kaliurang (UII News-26/05) – In the first verse of Al Isra', there is a sentence of tasbih “Subhanallah” which means to purify Allah, or it is said in Indonesian society as Glory be to Allah. The Subhanallah sentence is uttered when seeing something beyond human ability, as is the case with the Isra Mi'raj event where the event is an event beyond the understanding and ability of ordinary humans.

This was conveyed by Ust. Dr. Supriyanto Pasir, S.Ag, M.Ag delivering his lecture at the 1st Floor auditorium of FK UII during a routine recitation on Monday, 25 May 2015 / 05 Sya'ban 1436 H which was attended by the Dean of FK UII, the Deputy Dean of FK UII and their lecturers and employees in the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Islam Indonesia.
According to Bang Ucup (Ust. Pasir's nickname), he said that from that sentence we can take lessons as a guide from Allah SWT and His mercy to all of us so that we are always educated, guided to have good prejudice towards Allah SWT.
"In this way of interpreting Ira' Miraj, we are encouraged to be grateful by praying for 5 times or 17 cycles of prayer every day to ask for guidance from Allah SWT so that we can get the straight path as in Surah Al Fathihah," he said.
Thus the struggle of Rasulullah Muhammad SAW so that we pray 5 times every day we must do to uphold and praise Allah SWT and humble ourselves to Allah, as we read the letter Al Fathihah by starting praising Allah SWT which then ends by asking Him.
"We can feel when we bow our heads parallel to the contents of the stomach (red. full of feces), and our buttocks, meaning that we ourselves are very low before Allah SWT, so it is very important for us as servants to always glorify Allah SWT," said his lecture. . Wibowo/Tri
