Analysis of Determinants of Patient Satisfaction Levels at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Bantul
 
 
Abstract: Growing of emulation between hospitals that is getting tighter and sharper, hence every hospital claimed to heighten competitiveness by trying to give satisfaction to all the patients. For the purpose must be known factors hich influencing the level of satisfaction of the patient. And is a real thing necessary for us to know what patients we require to fulfill their satisfaction for the services which we provide. This research aims to know the factors determining satisfaction of patients taking care of lodging and installation of emergency, also know is there is a difference of determinant level of satisfaction between patients taking care of lodging, and installation of emergency. This research was done at PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital. This research applies cross-sectional research planning. The sampling method in this research is systematic random sampling. The instrument of applied research is air questionnaire, containing patient characteristics, satisfaction determinant factors of patient, as well as patient satisfaction. Analysis by using SPSS for windows15. The results show that the most important determinant level of satisfaction in determining the level of satisfaction of responders takes care of lodging and installation of emergency is the factor reliability. Determinant level of patient satisfaction to take care of lodging sorted from the most important is, reliability, assurance, accessibility, responsiveness, tangible, and lastly empathy. Determinant level of satisfaction of patient for ER sorted from most important is, reliability, tangible, responsiveness, accessibility, assurance, and finally, empathy. For taking care of lodging responders, men gender, age more than 25 years old, lower education or SMA, and production of Rp. 799.999 or less, tends to satisfy to Hospital service, but it doesn't have a meaning statistically. For emergency responder installation, male gender, age more than 25 years old, higher education from SMA, and production of more than Rp. 799999,- tends to satisfy to Hospital service, but it doesn't have a meaning statistically.
